This full-time role provides an opportunity to deliver positive, professional, and forward-thinking front-line support to the business. This is an excellent position for someone with a can-do attitude and strong multitasking skills, handling responsibilities from answering phone calls to managing general administrative tasks.
As the first point of the contact, presentation, confidence and strong communication skills is essential.
2 years’ experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to build relationships
High level of skills with Microsoft Office
Committed to continuous improvement and efficiency
Professionally presented and ability to maintain composed under pressure
The ability to multitask with strong time management and organisational skills
