Join one of New Zealand’s leading real estate teams at Simpson Grierson, part of the country’s largest infrastructure practice. Our specialists work across the full spectrum of property and infrastructure matters, advising on some of New Zealand’s most significant and complex projects.

We are looking for intermediate property lawyers with 3+ years' PQE to join our national Real Estate Practice Group, working from either our Wellington or Auckland offices. You’ll work on a broad range of matters, including property development, commercial leasing, subdivisions, and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, supporting both public and private sector clients across Aotearoa New Zealand. Alongside strong transactional capability, you’ll bring excellent research and opinion-writing skills. We welcome candidates from either private practice or in-house backgrounds.

You’ll be someone who is bright, proactive, and commercially minded, with the confidence to manage a busy and varied workload. Just as importantly, you’ll enjoy being part of a collaborative team and contributing to the development of junior solicitors within a high-performing, supportive environment.
