Clutha District Council is seeking a dedicated Rangatahi Pathways Coordinator to support young people in Balclutha and surrounding areas. This part-time role focuses on mentoring, wellbeing support, and connecting rangatahi with services to promote sustainable outcomes.
You will build trusted relationships, help address barriers to engagement, and guide progress towards employment, training, or education, working both independently and with whānau and community partners for a positive impact.

In this part-time role, you will build trusted relationships with rangatahi, help identify and address barriers to engagement, connect them with appropriate support services, and encourage them to stay focused on their goals. Whether it's providing practical assistance, supporting wellbeing, liaising with whānau, or celebrating milestones, you'll play a key role in helping participants achieve sustainable outcomes.
This is a part-time role offering a minimum of 15 hours per week, on a three-year fixed term contract.
