RWR Construction is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on residential projects in Whangarei, New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong residential construction background.
• Confidence managing procurement and subcontract negotiations.
• Experience across estimating, cost planning and commercial delivery.
• The ability to build trusted relationships across site and office.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach.
