Job summary
Bupa Care Services NZ Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Quality Partner team, supporting Care Home Managers and Clinical Managers across the South Island to deliver continuous quality improvement and high-quality care.
This full-time role involves travel to nine care homes in Christchurch, Rangiora, Riverton, Gore and Invercargill, providing coaching on quality systems, audits, training delivery and corrective actions to embed best practice.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current NZ registration and a strong focus on quality.
- Experience delivering education and coaching to clinical teams.
- Ability to travel across multiple care homes and build relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and embed quality systems in care homes.
- Assist with corrective actions after health checks and audits.
- Provide orientation on quality systems to new managers.
- Deliver education and training to care home staff.
- Support audits and surveillance preparations and post-surveillance actions.
