Each Tangata will have high risk individual care requirements, and you will support them with all elements of daily living such as Palliative cares, Bowel cares, Dementia, Mental health, Medication. You will provide safe, respectful, andperson‑centredsupport in people’s homes, being mindful of what matters to them, including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
