Job summary

Three Sixty Limited is seeking an experienced Shopfitter Installer for our Albany-based operations. The role involves hands-on shopfitting, on-site project delivery and working to high-quality finish standards.

The successful candidate will read plans, coordinate with other trades, manage on-site activities and meet project deadlines while maintaining a safe and professional workspace. Permanent full-time, minimum 40 hours per week with overtime when required.

Three Sixty Limited is a creative design and manufacturing company specialising in high-speed, high-quality manufacturing and design work throughout Australasia, based in Auckland (Albany).

We work on a variety of custom projects for clients at all levels, including some of the country's most recognisable marketing campaigns.

Due to continued demand, we're looking to add an experienced Shopfitter Installer to our team.

The role would suit a qualified and experienced tradesperson who is confident working hands-on, managing projects on site and delivering a high-quality finish. You will be committed to working to deadlines, maintaining a professional workspace and ensuring every project is completed to our high standards.

To thrive in this position, our successful candidate will display

• Qualified and/or experienced in shopfitting, installation, building or a related trade
• Strong hands-on practical skills and a can-do attitude
• Excellent eye for detail and pride in producing quality workmanship
• Ability to read and work from plans, drawings and project specifications
• Experience working across a range of building, fit-out and installation projects
• Ability to coordinate and manage other trades on site when required
• Confidence working independently as well as part of a wider team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and professional workspace
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Willingness to work night shifts when required
• Flexibility to travel for projects when required
