Job summary

Turbo Staff is seeking an Aluminium Fabricator to work on long-term projects across residential, commercial and construction sectors in Auckland and the North Island. You will read technical drawings, fabricate aluminium components, and install aluminium-framed glass systems on site.

Candidates should have 3+ years of aluminium installation or glazing experience, be proficient with cutting and glazing aluminium joinery, and hold Working at Heights Training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as aluminium installer or glazier
• Experience handling, cutting, assembling and glazing aluminium joinery
• Strong understanding of job sheets and cutting lists
• Commitment to safety including Working at Heights Training (required)

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings to fabricate aluminium and metal components using cutting, welding and shaping tools.
• Install aluminium-framed glass systems (windows, curtain walls, partitions, ceilings) on commercial and residential sites.
• Fit and secure glass and mirrors in skylights, display cases and interior architectural features.
• Inspect fabricated and installed components for quality and alignment with specifications.
• Meet production and installation deadlines by working efficiently and delivering high-quality results.
