The role covers residential and/or commercial building work, with a focus on reading plans, framing, cladding, finishing and general carpentry.

The successful candidate will be experienced, have a strong health and safety understanding, and be able to work as part of a professional team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Builder with relevant trade experience.
• Site Safe passport (preferred).
• Own tools and reliable transport.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
• Must disclose any criminal convictions.

Responsibilities

• Residential and/or commercial building work.
• Reading and interpreting plans.
• Framing, cladding, finishing, and general carpentry.
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
• Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
