Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing public health programs.
• Proven experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of South African healthcare system and public health challenges.
• Budget management, financial oversight, and grant reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in rural or underserved communities is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Queenstown region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community health strategies and program plans.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple health programs.
• Manage program budgets, track expenditures, ensure financial accountability.
• Lead and supervise a team of health workers and support staff.
• Establish partnerships with healthcare facilities, government departments, and community-based organizations.
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and report outcomes, impact, and challenges.
