Job summary

Frontline Recruitment in Auckland is seeking a registered Psychologist to provide evidence-based psychological input within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will conduct assessments, deliver treatments, and contribute to planning to support meaningful recovery.

The successful candidate will have NZ registration, APC eligibility, and strong reporting skills, with the ability to manage a caseload across Auckland locations.

Qualifications

• Registered Psychologist with NZ registration.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience or interest in rehabilitation, assessment and treatment work.
• Strong written reporting and documentation skills.
• Clear, professional communication style.

Responsibilities

About the role

You'll work with clients to understand their needs, provide psychological assessment and treatment, and contribute to rehabilitation planning. Your work will support clients to build coping strategies, improve function and achieve meaningful recovery outcomes. This includes:

• Completing psychological assessments and clinical formulations
• Delivering evidence-informed psychological treatment
• Supporting clients through rehabilitation and recovery pathways
• Preparing clear, professional clinical notes and reports
• Working collaboratively with referrers, funders and other health professionals
