Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group in Auckland seeks a registered Psychologist to deliver assessment, treatment and rehabilitation planning as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary healthcare team.

You will complete clinical assessments, provide evidence-informed psychological intervention and contribute to recovery pathways, while maintaining professional notes and collaborating with referrers and funders. The role offers flexibility and development support across Auckland locations.

Qualifications

  • Registration as a Psychologist in New Zealand.
  • Current Annual Practising Certificate, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience or interest in rehabilitation, assessment and treatment work.
  • Strong written reporting and documentation skills.
  • Clear, professional communication style.
  • Practical, empathetic and client-centred approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work across Auckland locations as required.

You'll provide evidence-informed psychological input, contribute to rehabilitation planning and help clients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

About the role

You'll work with clients to understand their needs, provide psychological assessment and treatment, and contribute to rehabilitation planning. Your work will support clients to build coping strategies, improve function and achieve meaningful recovery outcomes. This includes:

About you

You’ll be a registered Psychologist with strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve better outcomes. You’ll enjoy working as part of a wider healthcare team while also being confident managing your own caseload.

You’ll bring:
