Job summary

Thinkproject seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead successful software implementations across multiple customer programmes. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards while driving strong customer outcomes.

Experience in agile environments, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration is essential. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to work with Thinkproject's Connected Data Ecosystem across industries.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading software implementation or transformation projects.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Understanding of construction, infrastructure, asset management or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Education: Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience; certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Thinkproject solutions across multiple customer programmes.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyse and align customer requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Define project goals and maintain plans, milestones, schedules and resources.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts and delivery performance.
  • Manage configuration, migration and deployment activities for adoption.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Service teams.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable inputs for the roadmap.

What your day will look like
Mission

Lead successful project implementations across Thinkproject Solutions by delivering projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards, while ensuring outstanding customer outcomes and contributing to the evolution of Thinkproject's business solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership – Lead end-to-end delivery of Consulting and implementation projects across multiple customer programmes.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build trusted relationships with Thinkproject customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Requirements Management – Gather, analyse and align customer requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Planning – Define project goals, Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules and resource requirements.
  • Budget Management – Compile Statement of Works Monitor project budgets, forecasts and delivery performance.
  • Implementation Delivery – Manage configuration, migration and deployment activities to ensure successful adoption.
  • Customer Success – Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and expectation management.
  • Quality Assurance – Identify risks, issues and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Service teams to achieve delivery objectives.
  • Product Feedback – Translate customer and requirements into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
  • Operational Support – Provide support expertise when required to maintain customer service continuity.
What you need to fulfill the role
Experience
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience leading software implementation or transformation projects.
  • Methodology Knowledge: Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction, infrastructure, asset management or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software solutions, service delivery principles and implementation practices.
Professional Qualifications
  • Education: Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Project Certification: PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum Master or equivalent certification is advantageous.
Business & Leadership Competencies
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Leadership: Ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Builds effective partnerships across teams and functions.
