Construction & Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a leading New Zealand contractor in the Bay of Plenty. You will oversee large-scale commercial projects from planning to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

Ideally you have 5+ years' NZ experience, management of $40M+ projects, and a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering. The role offers a competitive salary of $145,000–$165,000 plus benefits.

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

The Role

Reporting to senior management, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading project delivery from planning through to completion

• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Driving quality outcomes across all stages of construction

About You
