Job summary

RWR Construction in Auckland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major three waters infrastructure programme. You will take ownership of significant civil works within a long-term programme, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage planning, delivery from commencement to completion, and collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Experience managing project budgets and programmes; strong stakeholder and client management.
• Leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams.
• Problem-solving with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience within water, utilities or broader infrastructure environments.

• Leading project delivery across all phases of construction.
• Managing programme, budget and commercial performance.
