We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Hamilton team and support the successful delivery of a diverse range of infrastructure-focused projects across New Zealand.
At least 3 years’ New Zealand experience within the infrastructure, civil construction, utilities, three waters, or wider construction sectors, with proven project management experience in a consultancy environment essential.
Experience delivering infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, stormwater, public sector, or community projects would be highly regarded.
Backgrounds in Project Management, Engineering Consultancy, Design Consultancy, Contracts Management, or multi-sector infrastructure delivery are advantageous.
A relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, councils, and community stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team while building strong and lasting client relationships.
Competency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other project management systems and tools.
Adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership of complex and varied project challenges.
