Job summary

The James Pascoe Group is modernising our IT capability and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO and help deliver IT and business transformation initiatives across the business.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage requirements, apply governance, and partner with stakeholders while reporting on risks and progress. This role sits within a dynamic retail/omnichannel context and offers opportunity to influence large-scale change.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO or structured project environment.
• Delivery experience in large/complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or eCommerce platforms with SAP S/4HANA familiarity is advantageous.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and business transformation projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Deliver business analysis for projects, managing requirements, processes, and acting as the link between business and technical teams
• Apply PMO governance and best-practice project management methodologies
• Partner closely with stakeholders across the business and technology teams
• Provide clear reporting and actively manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools, systems and processes

What you’ll bring

• Experience working within a PMO or structured project environment
• Proven delivery experience in large or complex organisations
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in retail, eCommerce platforms and loyalty programmes, along with familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, would be an advantage
