Green by Nature is seeking a Project Coordinator in Masterton, Wellington, NZ to oversee site maintenance, earthworks, construction and machinery operation. You will coordinate projects and pricing, maintain standards in public spaces, and support the team as workloads vary.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll ensure tasks meet contract specs and liaise with clients and subcontractors. Digger experience is a plus, with opportunities for development and community impact.

As a trusted partner of the Masterton District Council, we take pride in maintaining the regions parks, playgrounds, gardens, infrastructure, and public spaces. To support our mission, we're seeking a Project Coordinator.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of site maintenance, including earthworks, construction, and machinery operation. From coordinating projects and pricing quotes to maintaining high-quality standards in visible public spaces, you’ll ensure all tasks are completed to contract specifications.
Digger experience would be beneficial plus all round support to the wider team when projects isnt as busy.
Collaborate and Coordinate: Regular check-ins with your Operations Manager, clients, and subcontractors to align on project goals and timelines.
On The Tools: On other days you'll be supporting your team with tasks such as landscaping, and installing or repairing outdoor infrastructure like picnic tables, bollards, and shelters.
Client Relations: Maintain clear communication our client, keeping them informed from project start to finish.
