Job summary

About the role | Ko te mahi nei

As our Professional Learning and Development Advisor, you'll play a key role in building the capability of the people who make this happen. You'll lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development across our library network, working with leaders and teams to ensure staff have the skills, confidence and knowledge to deliver exceptional library services now and into the future.

In this role you will:

You’ll be an experienced learning and development professional who enjoys helping people grow and succeed. You're a confident facilitator, trusted advisor and relationship builder who can translate learning needs into practical, engaging solutions.

  • Hours of work - Monday to Friday
  • Position - Full time, Permanent
  • Location - This position is primarily based at 180 Smith St, Christchurch
  • Salary-The salary band for this position goes from $88,003 to $97,781 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
