Hamilton City Council in New Zealand seeks a Productivity Analyst to join the Digital Services, Information Management team. You will help maximise value from Microsoft 365, with a focus on SharePoint Online, information governance and lifecycle management.
You will advise, configure and support staff to store, find and secure information across the organisation, while contributing to modern workplace initiatives, automation readiness and AI-enabled services.

We're looking for a technically capable and customer-focusedProductivity Analyst to join our Digital Services, Information Management team.
This role is responsible for helping Council get the most value from its Microsoft 365 environment, with a particular focus on SharePoint Online. You will provide expert advice and operational support to ensure information is well managed, easy to find, secure, compliant and fit for purpose throughout its lifecycle.
Working across the organisation, you will help staff effectively manage and use information while supporting Council's information governance obligations, modern workplace initiatives and digital transformation objectives. You will play an important role in improving information quality, content governance and information architecture, creating the foundations required for enterprise search, knowledge management and future automation and AI-enabled services.
