Job summary

Gallagher in Hamilton, NZ, is seeking reliable production team members for fixed-term shifts (day, afternoon, and night). You will assemble, test and pack world-class products, following Lean principles and working to high standards to deliver quality results.

Candidates must be NZ citizens or hold a valid work visa. You should be punctual, physically fit, able to perform repetitive tasks with good dexterity, and comfortable standing for full shifts.

We follow Lean principles, focusing on continuous improvement, eliminating waste, and delivering high-quality results efficiently, so you’ll need to have an eye for detail and the same pride in high standards that we have.

Due to an increase in demand, we currently have multiple fixed-term roles available, on our day, afternoon, and night shifts. Shift times vary depending on department but are approximately;

• 6:30am to 3:00pm for days
• 2:45pm to 11:15pm for afternoons
• 11:00pm – 7:00am for nights.

The Fit

We’re Looking For a True Team Player With a Respectful And Positive Attitude, Who Is Ready To Learn. You Will Also Need

• To be reliable and punctual
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be physically fit and able to be on your feet for full shifts
• Ability to concentrate and perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Good dexterity for handling small parts and tools

To be eligible, you must be a New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa. This role also requires a pre-employment health check and drug screening.
