Iplex Pipelines NZ is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader for our Hornby site in Christchurch. You will lead a small production team across a rotating shift roster (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am) and drive safety, quality and performance on the factory floor.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality and production targets are consistently achieved. You'll provide day‑to‑day coaching and support, work alongside your team on the factory floor, and develop a strong understanding of the technical aspects of plastic pipe manufacturing and foster a safety‑focused culture.
