Job summary

Open Country Dairy Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Waharoa production team. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of the production plant and for developing your team to meet quality and food safety standards.

You will report to the Plant Manager and drive performance to achieve production targets while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the site.

About The Role

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the production plant. You will lead and develop your team, ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, and drive operational performance to achieve production targets.
