Job summary

ALH Palmerston North is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our Levin manufacturing team. You will assist with packing, monitor lines, operate machinery, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. Training is provided and opportunities for progression exist for the right candidate.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Prior factory experience is preferred, and a forklift license is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks in a busy environment.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Previous manufacturing or factory experience is preferred.
• Forklift license is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Packing and preparing products for dispatch.
• Monitoring machinery and reporting any issues.
• Ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times.
• Assisting with general manufacturing and recycling processes.
