Leonard's, a proudly Kiwi, family-owned business, is seeking a reliable Production Operator to join the SmallGoods Processing team in Auckland. The role focuses on efficient production, processing, and packaging of high-quality meat products while upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities include operating processing equipment, preparing a variety of products, and packing with accurate labeling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment (preferred but not essential).
• Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare a variety of small goods and meat products to established specifications.
• Operate processing equipment, including cutting, trimming, grinding, and other production machinery.
• Assist in the manufacture of sausages, bacon, cured meats, and other small goods products.
• Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for distribution.
• Adhere to food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Support team productivity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We areseeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our SmallGoods Processing team. This role is integral to the efficient production,processing, and packaging of our high-quality meat products while maintainingthe highest standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene.Position Snapshot

• Monday to Friday, 5:00 amto 1:30 pm
• Based on GreenmountDrive, East Tamaki

Key Responsibilities
