Dimond Structural is seeking a hands-on Factory Manager to lead our production team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. This practical leadership role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement on the factory floor.

You will oversee daily operations, production scheduling, and inventory, while driving process improvements and working closely with a small team to ensure delivery against customer demands.
