• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Lead, coach and develop production leaders and frontline teams.
• Partner closely with Quality, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain functions.
• Utilise production data and reporting to identify trends and improve performance.
• Foster a strong safety-first culture and drive employee engagement across the site.

Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a large-scale production operation in Wiri. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is a key leadership role responsible for delivering production performance across safety, quality, cost, service, and people leadership.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a proven production leader from the food manufacturing/processing industry who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams.

The Opportunity

As Production Manager, you will lead a sizeable workforce through a team of supervisors and frontline leaders, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in driving performance, improving processes, and building a culture of accountability and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
