Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is seeking an organised Product Manager to join our Digital IT team in Auckland for an 18‑month fixed term. You will oversee a portfolio of technology products, maintain service continuity during transitions and contribute to product planning and roadmaps.

This hands‑on role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder relations and the ability to balance competing priorities. You’ll work across established products and a new product, ensuring clarity of priorities,

• Ability to translate user needs into clear, structured requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day management of multiple technology products and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs, priorities, issues and risks.
• Coordinate maintenance, support and improvements for established products.
• Maintain service continuity during product transitions towards retirement or replacement.
• Support product planning and roadmap management for a new product.
• Work with Digital IT teams, vendors and business stakeholders to coordinate activity.
