Job summary

The Access Group is seeking a Product Manager to shape the direction of Tradify's digital products. You will use insights and AI-augmented analysis to craft briefs that enable the Product Owner and cycle team to deliver great outcomes.

This role emphasizes sharp problem framing, strategic judgment and strong stakeholder engagement. You will develop product briefs, participate in research, and review performance to continually improve the AI-enabled product development process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product design, development and management.
• Extensive experience leading product design and development in a UX/digital setting.
• Deep fluency with AI tools and how to leverage them effectively.
• Understanding of consumer behaviour and needs with AI-assisted synthesis.
• Strong concepts of product development and UX for digital products.
• Enjoy working in a high performance, team-oriented environment.
• Could serve as a subject matter expert and coach others in product design.
• Highly organised with attention to the bigger picture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Belief in the importance of supporting tradies and making work enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and how product strategy relates to them.
• Develop product plans and briefs leveraging AI and research insights.
• Own outcomes, ensuring work delivers to users and reports on results.
• Provide thought leadership as a subject matter expert in AI-infused product management.
• Establish ongoing product management activities and optimise processes and AI tooling.
• Synthesize customer feedback at scale using AI while maintaining primary research.
• Leverage AI-driven data analysis to connect product outcomes to business results.
• Collaborate in a team to deliver a great user experience across mobile and web.
