Job summary

New Zealand Post in Auckland is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to own an assigned portfolio of parcel products and services. You will shape product strategy, influence roadmap priorities and collaborate with Parcels, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Technology to deliver customer and business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Product Management, Commercial Management, Category Management or a related discipline.
• Experience developing business cases, recommendations and product improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience managing products, propositions or services through their lifecycle.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience using customer, operational and commercial data to support decision making.
