Job summary

New World Feilding is seeking a keen, reliable individual to join our Produce Team on a full- or part-time basis. You will work with a motivated team committed to quality produce and service for our customers.

Your duties include replenishing stock, lifting crates, helping customers, and maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times; the role requires fitness, efficiency, and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Physically fit – on your feet all day, lifting and moving.
• Regularly lifting heavy crates 15kg or more.
• Fast on your feet, you’ll need to move around the store quickly to keep up.
• Customer service driven – you’ll spend a lot of time helping our customers.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be reliable; we are a close team and you’ll be missed if you’re not here.
• Have a good work ethic.
• Be able to work well under pressure.
• Cope with the seasonal demands of working in a small team.
