Job summary

Foodstuffs South Island Limited in Ashburton is seeking a friendly Produce Assistant for a fixed-term role through to January 2027. You will help create an inviting produce area, arrange displays, and maintain top-quality freshness to support a great customer experience.

You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00pm–9:00pm (32.5 hours per week), bringing reliability, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude.

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic individual to join our team as Produce Assistant on a Fixed Term basis (until end of January 2027). In this role, you'll help create an inviting and well-stocked produce department that keeps our customers coming back. From arranging vibrant displays of fruit and vegetables to ensuring top-quality freshness, you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
