Job summary

Clarus is seeking a practical, people-focused Procurement and Stores Lead to help keep the good energy flowing in Aotearoa. You'll lead a small team, oversee sourcing, inventory and stores operations, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

You should bring proven procurement or supply chain experience, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. The role offers flexible working arrangements and competitive remuneration.

In the interesting and varied role you will:

• Lead and development a small talented Procurement and Stores team.
• Support sourcing activities, RFx processes and purchasing requirements.
• Oversee inventory, stores operations and critical spare management.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
• Ensure procurement activities align with organisational policies and delegated authorities.
• Champion safe work practices and environmental responsibility.

You may come from procurement, supply chain, logistics, engineering support, manufacturing, utilities, energy, infrastructure or another operational environment.
