Job summary

New Zealand Post Group is hiring Processing Officers at the Auckland Processing Centre – Wiri. You will sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight, preparing them for couriers. The role emphasises safety, teamwork and reliability in a physically demanding environment, with night shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Mon–Fri, and forklift training available.

Qualifications

• Be available to work across Mon-Fri 22:00–06:30.
• Commitment to safety and keeping the site safe.
• Able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Eye for detail and good geographical knowledge.
• Willing to train for forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight at Auckland Processing Centre – Wiri.
• Prepare items for couriers to deliver.
• Support efficient parcel flow and accuracy in a busy processing environment.
