Job summary

Hellers Ltd in Kaiapoi, NZ, is seeking reliable Process Workers to join a modern processing plant. Shift options include 5:00–2:00, 6:00–3:00, 1:00–10:30, 2:30–11:00, 3:00–12:00, and 6:00–3:30.

Roles are Monday–Friday with weekend flexibility when required. You’ll work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, following strict quality and safety standards to produce high-quality products for Kiwi households.

Qualifications

• Be reliable, punctual and committed to doing a great job.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to shared goals.
• Have good physical fitness, as some heavy lifting is required.
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a chilled environment.

Responsibilities

• As a Process Worker, you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality products for customers throughout New Zealand. You’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, following established processes and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.
