Job summary

Aliaxis is recruiting for a full-time Process Technician - Finishing at our Marley site in Manurewa, Auckland, NZ. You will support the Finishing Team by operating finishing equipment, assembling products, maintaining quality standards and ensuring orders are completed safely and efficiently.

You will perform post-moulding finishing, apply barcodes, pack products, and assist with general production tasks while upholding strong health and safety practices and working closely with production staff

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, processing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and follow work instructions.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Forklift licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-moulding finishing activities as directed by the Team Leader.
• Apply product barcodes and labels accurately.
• Pack finished products in accordance with quality and dispatch requirements.
• Carry out welding activities to assemble and finish products.
• Complete product assembly and preparation tasks.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with housekeeping standards.
• Work closely with team leaders and production staff to meet daily production targets.
• Assist with general production and operational tasks as required.

About the role

This is a full‑time Process Technician - Finishing opportunity based at our Marley site in Manurewa, where you’ll be supporting the Finishing Team by operating finishing equipment, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer orders are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
