Qualifications

• CPENG status with 15+ years of water infrastructure experience.
• Proven ability in leading project delivery in New Zealand.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership for the water business unit.
• Drive project budgets, timelines and resources for quality outcomes.
• Review deliverables to ensure NZ standards compliance.
• Lead proposal documentation, fee estimation and client negotiations.
• Foster key client relationships and exceed satisfaction.
• Participate in bids and tenders to optimise commercial outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
