You will mentor teams, support bids, and build trusted client relationships, helping position WSP as the premier water consultant in Aotearoa New Zealand. Active involvement in industry developments and innovation is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience, with proven technical leadership.
• Strong track record in project governance and peer review.
• Delivery of clear, high-quality reports and client-ready documentation.
• Experience in bids, proposals, fees, programmes and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of key and strategic water projects from planning to delivery.
• Act as Project Director with governance over scope, budgets, delivery plans and quality.
• Mentor and coach others, develop capability and support an inclusive culture.
• Develop trusted client relationships and position WSP as a premier water consultant.
