Mission Heights Junior College is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our vibrant, multicultural school of around 934 students and 85 staff in East Auckland.

MHJC operates a unique four schools within a school model (Takutai - Coast, Ngahere - Forest, Wai-Water, and Maunga - Mountain), built around innovative, personalised learning and a curriculum delivered through integrated, co-constructed contexts. We have strong and enduring links with Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki, whose whakapapa is woven through our school haka and shared history on this whenua.

We are looking for a Principal who will:
