Qualifications

• NZ registered Teacher with experience across Years 3–4 or 5–6.
• Knowledge of modern learning environments and techniques.
• Clear communication and effective listening.
• Ability to liaise with parents, staff, pupils, and the wider community.
• Strong planning, assessment, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in using most mainstream software programmes.
• A desire for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the New Zealand curriculum consistently and competently.
• Implement the school’s vision, focusing on student achievement and engagement.
• Promote self-directed learning and share knowledge on modern teaching practices.
• Assist in analysing student data to identify strengths and areas for development.
• Provide feedback to students to improve performance and maintain regular progress reports.
• Ensure school policies are correctly implemented.
• Work collaboratively with campus team and regional teams.
