Qualifications

• Experience in New Zealand schools.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Great sense of humour and strong relationship builder with kids, adults and whānau.
• Deep knowledge of Te Mātaiaho o te Reo Māori and the New Zealand Curriculum.
• Culturally responsive and future-focused for 21st-century education.
• Competent with technology, including Google apps.
• Forward, outside-the-box thinker who goes the extra mile for learners.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across NZ Curriculum.
• Differentiate for Years 0–3 and Years 7–8.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff and whānau.
• Support school-wide transitions and innovative teaching practices.
