Job summary

Davin Industries is seeking a Machine Operator at their Harewood site to operate press brake machinery and fabricate sheet metal components to specification. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical drawings, take measurements, and a commitment to safe, high-quality output.

You will join a well-established sheet metal fabrication company known for its supportive, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Press Brake or similar manufacturing role.
• Experience setting up and/or operating machines.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings/take accurate measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable with a good work ethic.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
• Measure items with accuracy.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products.
• Work independently and within a team to meet production deadlines.
• Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
