Responsibilities

• Lead and support reception, administration and nursing teams and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee HR, recruitment, rosters, leave and performance processes.
• Maintain financial oversight including budgets, payroll, funding, claims and reporting.
• Collaborate with GP owners on strategy, service development and continuous improvement.
• Improve systems and workflows to reduce administrative burden on clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety and accreditation requirements.
