• Experience managing budgets and portfolio delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project management team.
• Build practical PM approaches, tools, and ways of working.
• Simplify processes and reduce friction.
• Provide pragmatic advice to sponsors and governance groups.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and other Practice Managers.
• Use data and lessons learned to improve delivery.
