Job summary

The Doctors Massey Medical is seeking a permanent Practice Care Assistant/Health Care Assistant to join our busy primary care team in Auckland. The role supports nurses to deliver high-quality patient care, maintain clinic efficiency, and build strong rapport with colleagues.

This full-time position requires excellent English, reliability, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. NZ residency or valid work permit is required, with 37.5 hours across 5 days, Monday to Friday.

Primary Care Assistants/Health Care Assistants work closely with nurses to ensure high-quality patient care, handling clinical and non-clinical tasks. Responsibilities encompass maintaining clinic efficiency, demanding strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and teamwork.

This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours across 5 days from Monday to Friday.
