The Institute for Chronic Disease Research (ICDR) at the University of Waikato in Hamilton invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow. The role focuses on chronic disease prevention, management, and health outcomes, supporting research across a transdisciplinary agenda.

You will contribute to all stages of the research process, including study design, data collection, analysis, dissemination, and funding applications, working with senior researchers and partners.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant health or disease research field.
• Proven ability to conduct independent research.
• Track record of peer‑reviewed publications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Experience contributing to grant applications is an asset.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
