Job summary

Farmers is seeking a detail-driven Post Production Image Coordinator to manage post-production for our eCommerce and internal photography, and to be the super user for Helium DAM. You will coordinate retouching, ensure image quality, and upload metadata to the DAM.

You will schedule post-production, work with the eComm, photo studio, marketing and buying teams, and manage external retouching as needed. A strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role (image database administrator)
• Intermediate / Advanced Photoshop skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficient with online digital asset management systems (e.g. Helium)
• Intermediate photography production experience ideal

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all post-production requirements for eCommerce and internal “Farmers” photography
• Act as super user for the Digital Asset Management System (Helium), supporting internal and external users and responding to queries
• Ensure all images meet business standards, including adjustment / retouching, and are accurately uploaded to the DAM with related image data
• Schedule and plan post-production to fulfil range plan requests, managing timelines and meeting deadlines
• Manage and coordinate all retouching (eComm and internal), including scheduling external retouching and clear-cutting with suppliers
• Perform retouching tasks such as cropping, clear-cutting, colour correction and general retouching
• Track and administer range plans, keeping them in the “Green” and flagging issues early
• Support the eComm Producer and Photography Producers with production tasks and style guide maintenance
• Use the Pageproof workflow to manage selects, feedback and retouching briefs
• Work collaboratively across the eComm, photo studio, marketing and buying teams

• Intermediate / Advanced Photoshop skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Intermediate photography production experience ideal
