Job summary

Farmers is seeking a detail-driven Post Production Image Coordinator to manage all post-production needs for eCommerce and internal photography. You will be the super user for the Helium DAM, ensuring timely delivery and accurate image data across channels.

Responsibilities include coordinating retouching, from planning to delivery, and supporting production teams with style guides and workflow management. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong communication within cross-functional

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role (image database administrator) or demonstrable relevant experience.
• Intermediate/Advanced Photoshop skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Proficient with online digital asset management systems (e.g. Helium).
• Intermediate photography production experience is ideal.

• Schedule and plan post-production to fulfil range plan requests and deadlines.
• Coordinate retouching, including scheduling external retouchers and clear-cutting with suppliers.
• Perform retouching tasks such as cropping, colour correction and general retouching.
• Track and administer range plans and keep them in the Green.

Farmers is New Zealand's favourite department store, and our eCommerce and Marketing teams keep our imagery on-brand, on-time and ready for our customers across every channel. We're on the hunt for a detail-driven Post Production Image Coordinator to manage and coordinate all post-production requirements for our eCommerce and internal photography, and to be our super user for the Helium Digital Asset Management System.

About the Role

• Manage and coordinate all post-production requirements for eCommerce and internal “Farmers” photography
• Act as super user for the Digital Asset Management System (Helium), supporting internal and external users and responding to queries
• Ensure all images meet business standards, including adjustment / retouching, and are accurately uploaded to the DAM with related image data
• Schedule and plan post-production to fulfil range plan requests, managing timelines and meeting deadlines
• Manage and coordinate all retouching (eComm and internal), including scheduling external retouching and clear-cutting with suppliers
• Perform retouching tasks such as cropping, clear-cutting, colour correction and general retouching
• Track and administer range plans, keeping them in the “Green” and flagging issues early
• Support the eComm Producer and Photography Producers with production tasks and style guide maintenance
• Use the Pageproof workflow to manage selects, feedback and retouching briefs
• Work collaboratively across the eComm, photo studio, marketing and buying teams

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role (image database administrator), or the ability to demonstrate how other experience is relevant
• Intermediate / Advanced Photoshop skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficient with online digital asset management systems (e.g. Helium)
• Intermediate photography production experience ideal
