Job summary

C3 Limited is seeking an experienced, motivated people manager to lead all operational aspects of our Log Marshalling and Debarking operations at Port Marlborough. You will oversee the receipt and measurement of logs arriving by truck and barge, and supervise the team to maintain high service levels at our port facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a port, manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong health and safety management knowledge and compliance.
• Proven ability to plan, organise and optimise labour.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Track record of delivering productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Port Marlborough operations team.
• Manage day-to-day operations and staffing across shifts.
• Optimise labour and plant efficiency, ensuring KPI delivery.
