TOMRA Food in New Zealand is seeking a seasoned PMO Lead to steer the NZ Project Management Office and align local delivery with TOMRA's global PMO.

You will lead the NZ PMO, collaborate with R&D, engineering, product, operations and commercial teams, and guide complex ventures from development through to delivery, balancing innovation with reliable execution. This role demands strong leadership, governance discipline and the ability to manage stakeholders across time zones.

Formación

• 8+ years' experience leading complex, cross functional projects in an international environment.
• Experience working with R&D, engineering or technical product teams to translate complexity into priorities.
• Previous people leadership experience, coaching and developing project professionals.
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management and resource planning.
• Proven ability to align cross functional teams toward shared outcomes in evolving environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 days per year and work across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and coordination for the NZ Project Management team, translating global PMO priorities into local objectives.
• Coach, develop and support a Junior Project Manager while fostering a strong project management culture.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, product, operations and commercial teams to plan and deliver new products and technologies.
• Lead complex, cross functional projects through development, validation, industrialisation and delivery.
• Create alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring project objectives connect to customer outcomes.
• Allocate project assignments based on capability and development goals; lead workforce planning.
• Maintain an integrated view of the NZ project portfolio, including risks, milestones and resource needs.
• Lead portfolio and resource reviews, escalating risks and priorities when needed.
